Trinity Oaks
Location: Los Altos, California
Trinity Oaks is an infill custom home development situated on a stunning tree-studded creekside site in Los Altos Hills, CA. Each spacious home is situated on a one acre lot just 3 miles from Stanford University. These elegant estate homes were designed with comfort and busy lifestyles in mind.
Delta Coves
Location: Bethel Island, Contra Costa County, California
As one of the most unique developments in the western U.S., Delta Coves turned a former dairy farm into a water-oriented residential community with deep-water access to San Francisco Bay. Located on Bethel Island, the project is a 310-acre residential development featuring 495 waterfront lots each with individual boat docks, 65 condominium units, and an inland harbor with a 230-slip marina, and recreational amenities. The project involved a lengthy entitlement and permitting process and breeching an existing 100 year old levee to create an interior bay configured with “Peninsulas” occupied by single-family homes.
Blue Oaks
Location: Mountain View, California
Blue Oaks is an infill development situated near the town of Los Altos in one of the best school districts in Silicon Valley with a ranking of “10” by great schools.org. These magnificent homes are each custom plans with over 3,200 square feet with uniquely designed features and amenities on large private lots.
Eden Shores
Location: Hayward, California
Eden Shores is located along the Hayward shoreline, as it meets the San Francisco Bay. Prior to 1998, the land was a 238-acre site, general planned “open space-bay lands”. Today Eden Shores is a master planned community comprised of 775 homes, 57-acres of light manufacturing, office and retail, and 25-acre regional sports park.
Laurel Oaks
Location: Redwood City, California
Laurel Oaks is a magnificent new home community featuring four unique custom homes each with a distinctive architectural style. Elegantly designed architecture maximizes sweeping bay, mountain and canyon views. Homes range from 4000 to 4800 square feet with nearly half acre lots, featuring 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, each with a first floor guest suite.
Vintage Ranch
Location: Napa County, California
The Vintage Ranch property was a 214-acre oat and wheat farm that had been in operation since the 1940’s. Through creativity and flexibility, a 769-home community was planned to meet all of the modern needs of the current community, while simultaneously utilizing design features that provided a visual connection to the property’s agricultural history.
Vintage Ranch today includes an elementary and high school, fire/police station, two fully improved 10-acre parks, and walking/bike trails connecting nearly 800 homes.
Marbella Condominiums
Location: South San Francisco, California
Marbella is a 280-unit condominium project located in South San Francisco, California. The project was designed as a 4-story, wood frame structure, over a two-story concrete podium garage. The project is comprised of eight separate corridor style buildings each with lobby/foyer entrances and elevators.
